Native-export reconciliation and Sunken Shelf final colour repair

The retained 100 individually authored native-export observations (WOG-A-007839 through WOG-A-007939, skipping previously reviewed records) are reconciled against current exact source/export bytes and the pure exporter mapping. Only their already archived copies receive internal reference dispositions; 100 canonical parents retain their source approvals and pending actions. Initial reviews decrease from 418 to 318, with WOG-A-007940 next. The complete catalog now has 9,187 artist files and the ledger 9,210 records. There are 3,277 explicit dispositions and zero new all-gates game-ready promotions. Sunken Shelf V9 is retained byte for byte as WOG-A-009253. Preferred V10 (WOG-A-009254) changes only 349 traced-domain water-colour pixels; all V9 alpha and outside-mask pixels remain exact at native 1,306 × 1,204. Other coloured residue, contact, finite role, scale, normal desktop/phone Region/Hex, performance, lifecycle and live-world gates remain open. All originals, both Citadel hamlets, source contracts and the 43 private runtime rows remain unchanged. No repeating mesh pattern, resampling, blur or lossy storage conversion is introduced.

The 100 visual findings are preserved in individual-reviews.json and attributed to the retained reviewed-next100.json observations. Fresh verification proves exact bytes, source mapping and current provenance; it does not claim another 100 native visual views or erase prior strict Canvas round-trip differences. Historical exporter execution and rights remain unattested.

The right-water repair uses a manually traced polygon and source-specific chromatic limits. Each selected pixel retains its luminance within 0.46 of the preceding version. Healthy foam, warm rock, alpha and all pixels outside the mask are unchanged. Complete V9 and V10 native files and the light/dark crop comparison were directly viewed. The initial conservative 242-pixel trial left additional blue-purple contamination and was refined within the same unregistered working file; no rejected bitmap was retained. V10 is preferred only for continuing this bounded repair.

Original: WOG-A-004652. Previous final: WOG-A-009253. Current selected repair: WOG-A-009254. Exact masks, method, hashes and counts are in sunken-water-chroma-repair.json. Native/browser, catalog, wiki and preservation checks are recorded in validation.json after actual execution. Qualification remains pending; no source admission or performance benefit is claimed.

Storage follows the final-asset-release-20261102 retention policy. Keep canonical artwork, current selected outputs, compact authored findings, final checks and a bounded witness set. Retire the single current transaction after checks. Never reconstruct the removed QA mirrors or per-frame image dumps.
