Blue atlas interface review — November 1, 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started walkthrough, first-building/staffing, stopped-production, trade and return-to-play instructions against the current navigation, City controls and order reviews. The blue menu refresh changes presentation and spacing: selected controls are brighter blue with a clear border, desktop navigation remains on the left, phone navigation scrolls horizontally, and City opens below that phone navigation. The map's Global/Region/Hex and More map options controls remain on its right edge. Settings retains its Display & comfort reading-size, contrast and motion controls.
The lessons' existing button names, prerequisites, starting packages, separate reservation/founding and paid confirmations, construction costs, worker assignments, food advice, cycle timing and success checks still apply. No simulation or action implementation changed, and no new feature becomes playable through the restyle. Continue using current live quotes instead of fixed QA stock totals. See Read the blue atlas interface.
Screenshot review: the existing illustrated first-village, food, first-building, staffing and supply lessons retain their dated captures as examples of the same controls, prerequisites, reviews and success checks. Those historical captures use the former green menu colors; the current menus use the blue treatment described above. Terrain-context images continue to illustrate unchanged map artwork. Quantities in all captures remain examples, not beginner stock targets.
Art Atlas source inspection review — October 18, 2026
The live inventory reconciliation also retains 22 older runtime copies. These catalog records do not alter any tutorial control, prerequisite, timing, success check or screenshot.
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, and their captures against this catalog-only change. Founding choices, navigation within the game, costs, staffing, food, timing and success checks are unchanged. Existing game screenshots remain accurate; no tutorial capture replacement is needed. The Art Atlas now opens full-resolution production PNGs and starts with Everything; see the art inspection guide. Catalog inclusion and generator provenance do not grant exact-file AI approval or gameplay availability.

New to World of Gonz? Read the Beginner guide, then follow Start guide: your first village. Your first goal is a founded village with working food production and one completed useful project. You can stop there before learning the later systems.
The screenshots below are real controls captured in a separate local world using the shipped game. Names, locations, stocks, quotes and times are examples; read your own current City report before confirming. Select any screenshot or View full size to read smaller text. A picture of a ready producer does not prove a completed four-hour harvest.
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started and the building/staffing, production, trade and returning-to-play tutorials against the compact controls. Map information and Region overlays now open through •••; the Beginner guide and Getting started explain that route. Founding choices, Locate on map, City navigation, prerequisites, quoted costs, staffing, timings and success checks remain applicable because this change only rearranges map controls. Hex local sites remain concepts and add no playable order. The Region screenshot was replaced with a real capture of the compact rail and open information panel after ordinary reservation and founding in an isolated local world. Reviewed the other sixteen founding, City, staffing, production, trade and returning-to-play images: those controls and their example captions are unchanged, so those captures remain applicable.

Map inspection: the optional hex grid starts off for fresh preferences. Open Settings → Map & controls → Regional hex grid → Grid: On when you want individual plot boundaries. An existing saved choice is retained, and the selected hex remains outlined.
Before you begin, use the top-bar Settings gear if you need larger reading text, stronger contrast or reduced motion. Map & controls lets you change the regional grid, labels, minimap, scroll behavior and keyboard shortcuts; Performance can lower rendering resolution on high-density screens. Preferences apply immediately and save in this browser. Done or Escape returns to the game. Settings keeps world time running; it changes no founding prerequisites, project costs, workers, production cycles or order reviews. See Personal settings.
What you are trying to do
You manage a persistent community. Keep residents fed, housed and supplied with water, then use genuinely available workers and goods to improve it. A large building list does not mean every building is available at your site. Start with the needs you can see in your own City.
Know the two workspaces
The City navigation separates daily checks from additional management sections. View full size ↗
Use Overview, People, Production and Orders for your regular checks. Expand More city sections for Workers, Supply chains and Trade & transport. Select the intended settlement before changing its staff or stock.
World lets you explore at Global, Region and Hex scales. City manages the selected community. Use Locate on map to find your own settlement; open ••• on the compact map rail to read Selected settlement and its managed footprint in Region. The same panel contains Region overlays and map information; tap the map or press Escape to close it. Global / Region / Hex, zoom and fit stay on the rail. Hex local-site buttons are available in ••• as concept interactions only. Open Overview for a summary, People for needs, Production for working chains, Workers for assignments and Orders for accepted work. See Navigation and controls.
Inspecting a site, opening a supply plan or reading a review spends nothing. A separate confirmation commits the quoted order. If a quote is outdated, refresh it and read the new costs. If a connection breaks after confirmation, reconnect and inspect Orders before issuing the same project again.
Region keeps compact controls on the right; ••• opens the selected settlement and its managed footprint. View full size ↗
The small board title names an area of the world. Open ••• to read Selected settlement, which identifies the community at the selected place. Its footprint does not give you rights to all neighboring hexes. Use Locate on map to return to your village and recheck its name before opening City.

Food runway estimates how long stored meals last without further production. A positive food balance is conditional on staffing, inputs, condition and room for output. Neither forecast promises that a future harvest will complete.
Overview compares meal demand, potential harvest, stored-food runway, storage and housing. View full size ↗
Read this example: forty meals are needed per village day, while the staffed food plot can offer forty-four. The eighteen-day runway describes starting stored food with no further production. Storage and housing are separate limits. Keep the food workers assigned and leave room for their full batch; the small conditional surplus is not a guaranteed future harvest.
Learn the words that change a decision
Logs are raw wood; timber is a worked building material. A lumbermill needs logs and workers to make timber. Fish needs a supplied kitchen to become prepared meals. Grain can serve as household fallback, while flour needs baking; neither is prepared travel food. Changing a field to flax removes that field's meal output. Follow the producer's actual recipe.
Available stock excludes goods already committed to projects, payment reservations or travelling cargo. Each settlement has its own warehouse and workers. A new home adds housing space; it creates no resident. A finished workshop with worker places needs separate operating assignments and inputs.
Queued work is funded and waiting; blocked work needs its stated requirement resolved; paused work has been suspended. Read the job rather than paying for a duplicate. Your first village has one building slot using four available builders.
Understand the clock
A village day lasts four real hours. Production and needs follow scheduled checks; refreshing does not finish a cycle. Construction uses its own work schedule: read the live quote and Orders instead of assuming every building takes a full village day. Changing producer staffing restarts that producer's full cycle, so retain meals during the wait.
The hosted world keeps running while you read the wiki or close the browser. Returning can include catch-up checks. Wait for a current City report before making decisions from the displayed figures.
Ready to continue: you can find your City, read its needs and distinguish a review from a confirmed order. Follow the start guide below.
Start guide: your first village
Map inspection: the optional hex grid starts off for fresh preferences. Open Settings → Map & controls → Regional hex grid → Grid: On when you want individual plot boundaries. An existing saved choice is retained, and the selected hex remains outlined.
Goal: found one village, keep its initial food chain working and finish one affordable legal improvement. Use a fresh account with an unused founding grant. If you already have a village, use Locate on map and begin at step 3; there is no second starter package. Joining an existing community is a separate starting path.
Step 1: compare and inspect a start
In Choose your start, select Compare village starts. You can also reach founding through City → Founding & charter. Compare the live packages, then choose Show woodland locations, Show farmland locations or Show coast locations and use Inspect on map on an offered card. Inspecting does not reserve it.
Start
Food chain to preserve
Early material problem
Woodland
The initially staffed food plot
Keep logs reaching the starter lumbermill; timber and logs are different stocks.
Farming
Both food plots, each starting with five growers
No starter mill or mature woodland; preserve timber and arrange replacement supplies.
Coastal
Food plot, fishery and smokehouse kitchen
Cooking needs both fish and logs; fishing stock and starting fuel are finite.
For the shortest first-building lesson, choose an available nearby woodland charter. It lets you learn harvesting and milling together. Other packages have their own supply priorities. Compare the generated Starting packages for exact current quantities.
Compare village starts shows the three current one-time packages and available-location filters. View full size ↗
Read Working buildings before choosing a package: farming has two food plots, woodland has a lumbermill, and coast has fishing and cooking. The style buttons filter offered locations; they spend nothing and do not reserve the card you later inspect.
Checkpoint: you have inspected an offered location and know how its starting food and material chains work. An empty-looking map hex elsewhere is not automatically yours to build on.
Step 2: reserve and found separately
On the chosen card, use Reserve for ten minutes, read its review and confirm. Enter your village name and use Review founding charter. Read the actual package and separately confirm founding. The ten-real-minute reservation holds the site; it is not a village. If it expires, review an available location again.
The reservation review holds one offered site for ten real minutes; it grants no village. View full size ↗
Confirm this review only to hold the offered location. Then return to the founding controls and name the village.
Founding has its own review for residents, stock, working buildings and saved identity. View full size ↗
Check People, Starter stock, Working buildings and Continuity in this second review. Confirm order establishes the village; Keep planning leaves this founding decision unconfirmed. Keep the browser's saved identity to manage the same village when you return.
Checkpoint: City shows your founded community, starting residents, buildings and stock. Use Locate on map, open ••• and check the Selected settlement name. Refreshing or reopening keeps that village and its identity; it grants no additional starter supplies.
Step 3: protect meals before your first project
Open Overview, People, then Production. Check prepared food, current demand, housing, water, health, free storage and available workers. Inspect each starting producer's staff, recipe, inputs and next cycle. Keep the package's food assignments working while you learn.
Use the illustrated needs check above to read those figures together. Check People for water and health as well: the Overview screenshot is not a complete needs report. Spend from the current usable warehouse, not the original founding numbers after other work has been funded.
Open Overview → Food reserve and emergency foraging to inspect the stored-food floor. Optional spending must leave protected meals. The separate food-space policy starts at zero days: Increase food space by one day can hold room against new nonfood production after its own review. It creates no capacity or food and does not guarantee room against arriving cargo. You do not have to change policy to complete this lesson.
Checkpoint: food producers are staffed, you understand any current blocker, and your proposed spending leaves meals and required workers available. Do not add migration or family growth as a solution to an immediate labor shortage.
Step 4: plan one useful improvement
Follow Your village-to-region guide in Overview for your village's current next action, or open Supply chains → Work backward from a goal. On a woodland start, a forester's lodge is a possible first project when the actual quote and a legal cleared site permit it. If storage is the immediate problem, compare a Storehouse instead. Farming and coastal starts should preserve finite timber and their food chain while choosing an affordable improvement.
Planning grants no goods. Check the full bill, available builders and eligible footprint. If logs or another material are missing, use the production or trade tutorial below before funding construction.
Your village-to-region guide opens current next steps, including a material plan for a useful building. View full size ↗
Use its named action to open the next prerequisite. In this woodland example, Plan a forester’s lodge opens a supply goal. It does not build the lodge, assign its workers or harvest logs for the mill. The suggested action can change with your actual food, capacity and jobs.
Step 5: build, finish and staff
The map preview shows a checked Can build now plot, the quoted materials and separate operating staff capacity. View full size ↗
Can build now is the result for this building, anchor and orientation. Checking site… is still pending. Read Build and operate: four builders work on construction, while the operating workers are assigned after completion. A cleared eligible field can host this lodge; choosing it does not create a forest or renew log supplies.
Follow Build and staff a useful building. Preview the footprint, choose a checked Can build now plot, use Review construction and confirm once. Follow the paid job in Orders. Once an operating building finishes, use Workers → Assign one and separately confirm each intended assignment. A storehouse adds capacity when operational and needs no operating staff.
Checkpoint: the building is operational. If it produces, it has intended workers, actual inputs and room for its output. Construction completion alone does not mean production has run.
Step 6: check the first working cycle
Return to Production and People. Read the next due time; wait for its real scheduled check while the host runs. Look for actual completed output and supplied household needs, rather than relying only on a forecast. If a producer stops, read its reason and use Fix a stopped production chain. Keep stored meals through staffing changes and delayed batches.
Use the illustrated production card to distinguish the current staffed rate from full-staff recipe comparisons. A forester’s lodge provides practice for later learning; it is not a timber producer. Your lumbermill still needs real harvested logs.
Finished: you have a saved village, understand its food chain and have one useful operational improvement. Next learn a technique or arrange a real import for a specific shortage through the longer Getting started walkthrough. Patrols, prepared farmland and supplied outposts are later projects with their own paid prerequisites.
Tutorial: build and staff a useful building
Before you begin: a founded village, enough spendable materials after meal protection, four available builders and a suitable managed site. Goal: turn one reviewed project into an operational building, then staff it if needed.
Work backward from a goal shows the first-building bill, stock allocations and remaining material gaps. View full size ↗
Read needed on this line, allocated from stored and still needed for each material. These are hypothetical planning quantities. Even a fully covered bill can name a blocked footprint; Build this goal still needs an eligible site and a separate construction review.
In Supply chains, trace the intended building's materials. Inspect existing producers or import offers for missing goods. A plan reserves nothing.
In Buildings, choose that building and Preview on map. Use Build plot or Compare managed sites to inspect eligible anchors and orientation. Wait for Checking site… to resolve; Requirement remains and Blocked need their stated remedies.
If an otherwise eligible site needs clearing, use Land & water → Clear woodland for that owned plot and separately review the work. Read whether the entire log batch can fit or will be left uncollected. Wait for clearing to finish before reviewing the building.
Choose a Can build now plot. Read the whole footprint, Build and operate, material bill and current crew quote. Use Review construction, then confirm once.
Open Orders. A queued building waits for a crew; a blocked job gives a reason. Let the accepted work reach operational status.
If the building has operating worker places, find it in Workers, use Assign one, review and confirm each assignment. Inspect its recipe and inputs in Production, then wait for its next full cycle. For a storehouse, inspect the new capacity instead.
The actual construction review separates material payment, logistics support, attention, crew and operating staffing. View full size ↗
The example lodge lists sixty-five timber and twenty food, plus one tool for hauling support. Its four-person building crew is separate from three possible operating workers. The displayed work estimate excludes waiting for that crew. Read these categories in your own quote; a catalog’s base materials are not the entire local order.
The finished lodge is operational but still has zero of three operating workers. View full size ↗
This is the point where construction is complete and operating staffing remains to be done. Choose Assign one on the intended building, while keeping the food plot’s workers assigned.
Assigning one worker has a separate review and uses an existing available resident. View full size ↗
Check the building and resulting worker count, then confirm the assignment. This adds no resident and starts no instant harvest. Assign further workers only when their work is needed and household meals can cover the new full cycle.
Success check: operational status plus real staffing/input readiness or increased storehouse capacity. If you cannot fund the project, resolve the named material, crew, technique or site requirement before reviewing again. See Buildings, crews and destruction.
Tutorial: fix a stopped production chain
Before you begin: open the producer in Production and read its current reason. Goal: resolve that specific blocker while keeping meals available.
The lumbermill card shows current staffing and output above its full-staff recipe comparisons. View full size ↗
Read from the top: this example has two mill hands, so the current batch uses two logs for at most one-and-a-half timber. Below, Saw timber describes the four-worker batch of four logs for three timber. Ready to produce means current requirements are met for a future due check; it is not a receipt for output already made. An unavailable precision recipe also needs its active technique.
Example: the woodland mill has no logs
Check logs, not timber, in the local warehouse. Open Land & water and inspect eligible owned woodland and its harvesting controls. Review a selective harvest only when its current site, workers, food and storage requirements permit it. Confirm separately and follow its job in Orders. The mill cannot use a planned or unfinished harvest.
When logs reach the warehouse, recheck the mill's staff, recipe and output space. Keep the food plot working. Let the next actual milling cycle finish; if the mill is still blocked, read its new reason. Harvesting and forest recovery are finite, timed processes.

The actual paid repair finishes and other prerequisites remain met.
For a coastal kitchen, check fish, logs and kitchen workers together; fish alone does not supply prepared meals. For farming, retain food output before switching crops or releasing growers. Worker changes restart cycles, so retain stored meals during the wait. Common problems provides additional remedies.
Success check: the stated blocker is gone and a later full cycle actually produces. A ready forecast alone is not a completed batch.
Tutorial: bring supplies home through trade
Before you begin: a real shortage, surplus payment goods after food protection, two available home carriers, separate prepared travel meals and destination room. Goal: receive actual usable goods rather than merely create an offer.
Option A: an available waystation import
Open Trade & transport and inspect the live finite offer. Read what you give and receive, supplier stock, carrying capacity, route, travel meals and any service requirement. Review an affordable offered quantity and confirm separately. Follow the caravan until it returns and unloads; only then count imported materials toward construction or production. A sold-out or blocked offer needs its stated remedy or another source.
A finite tools offer shows payment per lot, reviewed quantities, route time and separate rations. View full size ↗
One lot exchanges four timber for one tool in this example. The route needs travel meals as well as the payment; compare the total before selecting Review 5 lots. Your route length and available supplier stock can differ.
The import review lists total export, reserved imports, travel food, workers, weight and return time. View full size ↗
The shown five-lot draft exports twenty timber, reserves five tools and allocates eight food for travel. Two actual residents remain away until return and unloading. The example’s 6.7-hour round trip can be delayed by hazards or full storage. This screenshot was captured before confirmation; no goods arrive just because the quote is open.
Option B: barter with another village
Open Trade & routes → One-time barter, coin sale or relief. Choose the recipient, We send and We receive goods and whole quantities; begin with the primary material row on each side. Use Review trade proposal, read it and confirm. The recipient owner must separately use Review payment reservation. Their reserved goods are outside usable stock.
The barter draft keeps recipient, sent goods, received goods and quantities separate. View full size ↗
Check the intended recipient and both quantities before choosing Review trade proposal below these fields. Total coin price belongs to a coin sale, not the ordinary material barter shown here. A draft creates no agreement, and a proposal still needs the other owner’s separate payment reservation before dispatch.
After agreement, the sender uses Review agreed dispatch and separately confirms the actual cargo, carrier and travel-meal cost. Goods exchange on arrival when the destination has room; the payment must return and unload before it can be used at home. See Trade, transport and money for cancellation and later mixed-material agreements.
Success check: the team has returned, goods have unloaded into your warehouse and your household meal chain still works. An accepted proposal is not a delivery. If storage delays unloading, resolve room at the receiving settlement and inspect the existing journey before ordering another.
Tutorial: leave and return safely
Before leaving: check People and Production together. Verify working meals, actual input stock, the next batch's space and available reserve. In Orders and Trade & transport, read ongoing jobs, travelling teams and blockers. Avoid relying on an unfunded future import or finite starting supplies as a permanent supply chain. Leave optional expansion until current obligations are understood.
When returning: wait for a current City report and any pending catch-up. Use Locate on map, confirm the selected settlement, then inspect needs, stock, production and existing orders. Read a blocked job's current reason. If a connection failed during confirmation, check the saved order before placing it again.
Since your last marked visit lists retained real changes and offers inspection before marking them read. View full size ↗
This example records founding and a completed building. Inspect opens the related current controls; Mark these changes as read changes the briefing’s read state, not the village’s production or needs. Read it alongside Overview, People, Production and Orders. A completion receipt does not supply a new building with workers automatically.
Your village and its accepted progress persist. Reopening does not repeat the founding grant, finish a delayed shipment instantly or replenish finite deposits. See Forecasts, history and returning to play.
Success check: you can account for your village's current needs and existing work, and choose the next separate review from its live report.
Review note: AI-approved map artwork — October 7, 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and the building, production, trade and return lessons against the approved-only map change. Global/Region/Hex controls, City selection, founding prerequisites, costs, food, staffing, timing and order reviews still apply. The asset library now has AI approval, Sort by and Order; map artwork uses only the reviewed subset, with procedural terrain where no painting qualifies. A portrait never replaces a site check or proves that a building is operational. These visual changes require no altered lesson sequence; use the actual City status and reviews for every project.
The illustrated Region view has been refreshed to the approved-only presentation. The other captures show unchanged City controls, quotations and readiness rules; their variable names and quantities remain examples.
Review note: blended landmarks — October 10, 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, first-village Start guide and map/local-site lessons against the landmark blending correction. Global/Region/Hex navigation and More map options are unchanged, as are founding prerequisites, costs, staffing, food, timing and order checks. Region and Hex now show continuous terrain around landmark subjects; the source artwork is no proof of an operational building. Reload the game page after the artwork release to load the updated renderer. The bounded rendering cache does not change these teaching checks. No lesson sequence or playable rule changes are required.
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and map navigation lessons against the current Region/Hex controls and canonical feature selection. Hex names are coordinate labels; the small heading shows the actual feature and More map options labels any reusable illustration. Empty desert and natural oases no longer imply caravanserais. Select settlements and act using live settlement information and quotes, not a painted building. Founding prerequisites, staffing, food, production, costs, timing and success checks are unchanged, so those lesson steps still apply. Local concept buttons remain planned interactions.
Scoped review: evolving region composition (October 11, 2026)
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, forestry and construction lessons against current Global/Region/Hex controls and authoritative clearing/planting/construction prerequisites. Woodland now blends across neighboring regions and its canopy responds to saved vegetation state. The forest lodge changes appearance with its actual stage; Hex identifies that stage. Check City, Selected and current order quotes for permission, staffing and progress. Reload after the artwork release to load the new renderer.
This changes presentation, not founding, attention, food, staffing, costs, timing or success checks, so existing lesson sequences still apply. Accelerated local test clocks and development stocks are QA evidence, not beginner advice. Unsupported artwork contexts use simpler presentation; the full painterly reference and further biome/building coverage remain planned.
Scoped review: forest identity and water foundation (October 11, 2026)
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, forestry, construction and watershed/runoff observation guidance. Region and Hex now reuse separate canonical forest shrine and timber-site illustrations; these do not grant buildings, stocks, staffing or orders. Real built structures still take precedence. City, Selected, More map options and current quotes remain the controls for identity, permission and progress.
The read-only water projection adds no player action and the trial painter was removed. Existing paid survey/station prerequisites, costs, staffing, observation timing and success checks still apply. Founding, food, attention and early production are unchanged, so existing lesson sequences remain valid. Geographic river/shore scenery remains planned. Disposable fixture stocks and accelerated test clocks are not beginner instructions.
Also checked asset-library filtering: approved plus a terrain filter respects the declared review context; this changes browsing results, without changing the player lessons or action prerequisites.
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, construction/rebuilding, forestry and early food/staffing lessons against current controls and authoritative definitions. Commons remain founding-provided; repair/rebuild applies to the existing structure. Food plots require their current terrain, moisture, supplies and staffing; a painted row is not a stock or ripeness indicator. Lumbermills keep the current logs-to-timber recipe and staff requirement.
Region and Hex now distinguish three reviewed grassland structure families and their saved stages, with mill art also reviewed in cleared woodland. Use City, Selected, Orders and live quotes to establish permission, staffing and completion. Unsupported art contexts use simpler presentation. Founding prerequisites, costs, attention, timing, food and success checks are unchanged, so existing lesson sequences still apply. Disposable fixture stocks and accelerated review clocks are not beginner advice. Connected geographic water/shore artwork remains planned.
Tutorial review — geographic shores, October 11, 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and the affected woodland, construction and navigation instructions against current controls. This release changes Region/Hex presentation and library context review; founding choices, prerequisites, costs, staffing, food, production and job deadlines are unchanged, so those lessons still apply. Region borders remain ownership/planning boundaries even when scenery crosses them. Shore stones offer no gathering action or water supply. Flowing river scenery remains planned. Regenerating presentation preserves settlements and their saved progress.
Tutorial review — recorded wet ground, October 11, 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, watershed observation and land-work lessons against current controls. This presentation release changes no founding choices, survey/station prerequisites, payment, staffing, food, production or deadlines, so existing instructions still apply. Damp earth reflects the latest recorded surface interval and is not a water-gathering action, irrigation licence or permanent river. Reports remain the source for amounts and timing. Clearing, construction, repair and saved reload remain unchanged.
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation and affected settlement/land/water lessons against current controls. This presentation change adds no command, cost, prerequisite, staffing or project deadline, so the existing lesson steps and success checks still apply. Region/Hex retain their button names; surrounding regions share the same saved ridge positions. Broad peak scenery is not evidence of an actionable mine or deposit: continue to use location information and available actions. Hex now frames scenery on the same ground projection without the previous small square cutoff. Evolving land-use and engineered waterway visual improvements remain planned beyond this relief milestone.
Scoped tutorial review — working-land composition, October 11, 2026. Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, soil/irrigation, drainage/retention and road lessons against existing land project/policy commands and effective-cell projections. Region and Hex now show those saved improvements together with their buildings; fallow food plots omit crop imagery and paid path removal removes its connection. Reserved or dry engineered works convey physical work, not released water. Button names, research/adoption, institutions, staffing, materials, reserves, timing and success checks remain unchanged. An isolated paid path extension paused when specialist operating supplies fell below reserves; its partial work survived reload and required physical caravan resupply and active program support. Continue checking the actual project/production panels rather than treating map decoration as completion or harvest proof.
Scoped tutorial review — continuous landscape, October 11, 2026. Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, clearing/planting and the soil, fallow, irrigation and path lessons against current commands and saved projections. Continuous ground and denser woodland change map presentation only. Actual saved cover and age still distinguish sparse young regrowth from mature canopy, occupied footprints remain clear, and a fallow food plot still omits crop imagery. Button names, founding choices, research, staffing, paid materials, timing and completion checks are unchanged; follow the existing vegetation/project/production panels. Neighboring-region terrain continuity adds no playable water route, resource or yield.
Scoped review: combined region and registry artwork (October 11, 2026)
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Land & water, research/registry and forestry instructions against the existing controls and paid prerequisites. The new registry stage family and shared regional neighborhood change presentation only; founding, staffing, research, crop production, planting, repair and rebuilding rules remain applicable. Worn paths/soil/irrigation still need their existing paid maintenance. Programme supply shortages still require actual goods and workers. Damp ground and crop artwork do not replace the City production or water checks. The broader matched biome/stage families remain planned, and no fixed review-run stock totals are added to beginner advice.
Complete regional landscapes — new active goal, October 11, 2026
Scoped tutorial review: Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, World/Region/Hex navigation, first construction and land maintenance were checked against the released controls and prerequisites. This increment establishes a broader presentation goal and source-coverage audit only; no buttons, costs, staffing, timers, founding choices or success checks change. Existing lessons still apply. Broader landscape/location/building/water artwork is planned until its contextual and live acceptance passes.
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started walkthrough and forestry/first-project lessons against the existing controls, actual clearing/planting and construction quotes, occupation and saved reload. The new conifer age art and small background contacts change no orders, payment, workers, prerequisites, timing or success checks, so those instructions and their control-focused screenshots remain applicable. Low decorative bushes on open fields do not add tree stock or a clearing prerequisite: use the selected hex condition and construction quote rather than inferring availability from decoration. Clearing/burning hides living scrub, and worked or occupied footprints stay clear. Tutorial screenshots retain their existing accurate button/quote captions; the separate conifer study is explicitly an illustration review, not a completed paid cold-world planting lesson. Broader coverage remains planned in the full completion goal.
Scoped review of the Beginner guide, first-village Start guide and Getting started remains valid after this library cache-version update: no player commands, prerequisites, costs, staffing or timing changed. The native review photographs and live source verification document only the accepted landscape increment.
Scoped review: terrain contacts and observed-water junctions
Checked Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, forestry/first-project and runoff survey/monitor instructions against the current controls, actual quotes, prerequisites, workers, timing and success conditions. Five background details, stable reed anchors, removal of false clearing scars and smoother current observed runoff change no paid order or founding flow. Existing control-focused tutorial screenshots and lessons remain applicable. Ripples and low bushes create no usable water or tree stock. Use the selected hex condition and live quote, rather than background decoration, for clearing and construction. No permanent-river lesson is playable; isolated review scenes do not demonstrate a completed live player order. Full landscape/location/building/waterway coverage remains planned under the completion goal.
Scoped rural portrait review: checked the Beginner guide, Getting started, first-village Start guide, founding/site selection, construction and Region/Hex navigation lessons against current controls and prerequisites. Native place pictures and phone framing change visual presentation only; founding, costs, staffing, timing and success checks retain their current rules. A pictured canonical village or farm is not a newly founded player settlement or a source of free goods. Player-built structures still display actual lifecycle state. No new tutorial action or cold rural art availability is implied; broader location coverage remains planned.
Scoped urban illustration and label review: checked Beginner guide, Getting started, Start guide: your first village, founding/site selection, Region/Hex navigation, construction and early production lessons against current controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks. The map now calls the canonical town feature Town. New town/city/castle illustrations alter presentation only and imply no new founding action, fortification entitlement or stock. Current tutorial rules still apply; actual player structures keep their state precedence. Broader biome and lifecycle illustration coverage is planned.
Scoped landscape density/material review: checked Beginner guide, Getting started, Start guide: your first village and terrain selection, Region/Hex navigation, paid clearing/planting, construction and early production lessons against current controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks. Only map presentation changed; existing paid orders and their authoritative results still apply. A shrub or stone painting is not available stock. No lesson steps or gameplay costs changed. Broader illustration, bank and lifecycle completion remains planned.
Scoped ruins/magic/resource illustration review: checked Beginner guide, Getting started, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, surveying, founding, construction and early production against current buttons, prerequisites, staffing, costs, timing and success checks. New exposed-rock and ancient-site illustrations change presentation only. Resource pictures do not replace surveys or provide stock and remain unrelated to paid mine operations. Existing tutorial instructions still apply; supported colder/contextual artwork and lifecycle completion remain planned.
Scoped tutorial review — graduated shore contacts: reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, navigation, founding, first projects and water observation against the current controls and prerequisites. The change only paints the existing ocean/lake bank below gameplay layers. Button names, costs, staffing, timing and success checks stay unchanged; no new water works or river mechanic is made playable. Tutorials still apply. Full evolving regional design remains planned beyond the documented accepted increments.
Scoped review: shared mountain relief
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide and Start guide: your first village against the ridge-only rendering change. Founding, starting choices, navigation buttons, staffing, food, production, project prerequisites/costs/timing and success checks are unchanged. Region/Hex keep the same controls and canonical cell selection; mountain art adds no resource discovery, traversability rule or playable construction feature. Small-screen Hex framing moves the shared painting beside existing controls. Tutorial steps still apply. The complete evolving illustrated region design remains planned beyond accepted visual increments.
Scoped tutorial review — woodland hierarchy, 11 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, woodland clearing/planting and building prerequisites against the current controls and paid-state implementation. Woodland now uses larger mature crowns, native species/age selection and shared region-border massing; clearing, planting, staffing, costs, timing, success checks and founding/navigation buttons are unchanged. Continue using the saved vegetation cover/age and job completion checks described in those lessons. Tree-image size does not indicate additional timber or an available new action. No lesson steps change for this presentation increment. Paid in-memory clearing/planting/construction and exact save-reload tests passed; funded disposable-browser commands remain awaiting explicit authorization and were not retried.
Scoped tutorial review — matched building stages, 12 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected construction/repair/demolition/food-plot lessons against current controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, job timing and saved success checks. This increment changes only native stage/terrain artwork and aspect preservation. The five reviewed families now show matched stages on their legal terrains, including a distinctly damaged forest lodge; lesson button names, availability, paid commands and completion checks remain unchanged. Continue using saved job completion and building stage details, and the fallow-state guidance for food plots. Other buildings retain procedural visuals. No tutorial action sequence changes; contact illustrations are not playable settlements or paid browser lifecycle evidence.
Scoped tutorial review — housing/storage artwork, 12 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected housing/storage, timber-framing, masonry, construction and repair lessons against current controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks. This increment adds distinct native stage artwork for five housing/storage definitions; actions, prices, terrain permissions, research/adoption and capacity remain unchanged. Existing advice to check completed jobs and building details still applies. The funded test confirmed that construction can queue when too few residents are free; use existing staffing/crew guidance. No lesson action sequence changes. Forty visual contact sheets are labeled illustrations, while paid lifecycle tests run separately in memory.
Scoped tutorial review — current-flow scenery
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected water/land-work instructions against the current controls. Regional bank scenery changes no founding choices, survey/monitor prerequisites, staff, materials, attention, construction timing or success checks. Stronger current observed flow now has sparse bank/water contacts that continue across borders; fading scenery is not proof of permanent supply or a commissioned channel. Existing tutorials remain applicable; broader live engineered-water visual acceptance is still planned.
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected woodland clearing/planting, construction, land-work and water lessons against existing controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and saved success checks. This change groups native small landscape details and keeps them off occupied/worked ground and currently painted flowing water. It changes no founding choices, buttons, resource quantities, terrain permissions, jobs or hydraulic rules. Existing instructions and job/vegetation/water confirmation steps still apply. Thirty-two scoped checks pass; paid browser lifecycle authorization remains pending and was not retried. Broader reference-level and worldwide visual acceptance remains planned beyond this increment.
Scoped tutorial and image review — timber-family artwork, 12 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected forestry, construction, staffing and repair lessons against current controls, prerequisites, live-quote behavior, costs, timing and success checks. This increment changes the watchtower and forester lodge illustrations only; actions, terrain permissions, tree-cover limits, prices, work crews and operating staff remain unchanged. Continue checking building details and completed work before assigning staff. The separate funded lifecycle test confirmed actual stock payment and stage-preserving reloads; no QA-run stock totals become general advice.
Visually reviewed plan-building.png and construction-review.png against the unchanged lodge plan and construction review controls, material requirements, crew and operating-staff distinctions. Their example quantities/times remain examples. region-and-settlement.png still illustrates navigation and selected managed footprint; it contains no newly illustrated tower or lodge. None of these controls or captions changes in this source-art increment, so their captures remain applicable to those lessons. New terrain-contact sheets are explicitly labeled artwork illustrations rather than funded or completed live orders.
Map-view link lesson review
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, returning-to-play and the Region/settlement navigation lesson. To keep a particular Region or Hex view, open ••• → Link to this view, then bookmark its new tab or copy the link using the browser. It restores the location, scale and zoom after world preparation; Region also restores the camera center across neighboring boundaries. Current live settlement conditions may have changed since you saved it. Use Locate on map when the task is to find your own settlement.
Existing founding, project, staffing, food and production steps, prerequisites, costs, timing and success checks still apply because this adds only read-only map navigation. Scoped screenshot review: the existing region-and-settlement.png continues to illustrate the selected settlement's recorded footprint and Locate on map; that lesson and caption remain accurate. Its controls are not used as evidence for the newly added link, which is verified separately using native desktop/phone captures of the actual local game.
Castle framing and regional-guide lesson review
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started and Region/settlement navigation. Castle illustrations are easier to compare at map scale, and Hex fits their visible architecture. Neighboring Region boundaries are quieter and omit shared open-water guide edges; use the selected location marker and Locate on map as before. Founding, food, staffing, project prerequisites, costs, timing and success checks are unchanged.
Scoped screenshot review: existing region-and-settlement.png explains the settlement footprint and Locate on map, which still behave as described. Its recorded lesson remains accurate; it is not evidence of the new castle scale or boundary contrast. Those appearance changes receive separate native actual-game desktop and phone review before publication.
Coast and Hex-loading lesson review
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, Region navigation and settlement inspection against this change. Hex may briefly show Reviewed illustration loading before the matching portrait appears; wait for the shared-illustration explanation before judging its source. Region coasts blend more gently while the same hexes remain land or water. Founding, staffing, food, costs, prerequisites, project timing and success checks are unchanged.
Scoped screenshot review: the existing region-and-settlement.png still correctly explains settlement footprints and Locate on map. It does not demonstrate the new shoreline interpolation or the temporary loading presentation. Separate native desktop/phone captures document those appearance states; no tutorial screenshot is used as current visual acceptance evidence.
Natural-ground lesson review
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, Region navigation, settlement inspection and land-improvement lessons. Fertile background now represents undeveloped meadow; use the actual plot/soil condition and fallow information to assess cultivation. A named place or farm portrait is not a production success check. Existing button names, founding prerequisites, staffing/food advice, project costs, timing and success checks still apply because this changes artwork and the map hint, not paid work rules.
Scoped screenshot review: existing region-and-settlement.png still explains settlement footprints and Locate on map correctly. Its terrain is a historical illustration, not acceptance evidence for the new meadow. Separate native actual-game desktop/phone views, both Hex variants and reload checks are recorded in the scoped review; the soil example is a controlled painter fixture with separate paid in-memory validation.
Meadow catalog wording review: the completed source/context review replaces the draft status. Beginner, first-village, navigation and land-improvement instructions and the scoped screenshot explanation above still apply; this record correction changes no controls, costs or success checks.
Art Atlas review: current approved ground is visible under Production inventory. The guide above describes the actual AI approval/search/sort controls. Beginner, first-village, navigation and land-work tutorials, their costs and success checks are unchanged; the existing settlement screenshot still explains Locate on map and is not evidence of current library appearance.
Town illustration review — 12 October 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, world navigation and settlement-selection lessons against the current Global/Region/Hex controls and live-state distinction. Cohesive town art changes no founding prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing, construction commands or success checks, so those instructions still apply. Existing guide screenshots explaining those controls and authoritative project status remain accurate; they are not examples of the newly reviewed town portraits. A market-lane or courtyard picture identifies an existing canonical town and does not show a completed player project. Source/contact and normal local map evidence are in docs/regional-review/town-composition-increment.json; missing families and broader visual acceptance remain planned.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — fortress artwork, 12 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected construction, clearing, repair and military explanations against current controls, prerequisites, live quotes, costs, staffing, timing and success checks. The new keep/castle illustrations and their reviewed sizes change appearance only. The three/seven-plot footprints, watchtower/keep prerequisites, title requirements and whole-footprint clearing remain actual construction rules. Continue checking the live quote and completed work before staffing. The memory lifecycle fixture uses finite late-game opening stock and cannot provide a general beginner stock or timing example.
Reviewed plan-building.png, construction-review.png and region-and-settlement.png against their unchanged plan, material/crew review and selected-footprint/navigation controls. They illustrate early buildings and do not show these new forts. Their captions and control behavior remain applicable; no screenshot replacement is needed for this illustration-only increment. New fortress contact sheets are explicitly labeled read-only artwork illustrations and do not represent funded existing live orders.
The scoped review also checked centering of multi-plot military buildings. The renderer now centers a keep over all three real footprint plots. Titles, whole-footprint clearing and the construction/selection controls remain unchanged; no lesson or example stock quantity changes.
Fortress Hex framing review: the close view now fits the exact reviewed keep/castle canvas around its actual footprint center and contact anchor. This fixes clipping caused by the previous single-plot camera span; phone framing reserves space beside the existing map controls. Other structure sizes and construction controls remain unchanged. The beginner, first-village and affected navigation tutorials were reviewed; this camera correction changes no prerequisites, orders, stock or timing. Actual live fortress lifecycle and full regional acceptance remain open.
Scoped tutorial review — meadow habitats, 12 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected navigation, clearing, land work and construction lessons against the current controls, quotes, costs, staffing, prerequisites, timing and success checks. This increment changes decorative vegetation grouping and root-contact exclusion only. The Region/Hex controls, land details, clearing work, completed construction and live stock remain the same checks; a shrub is not a timber entitlement or worked field. Existing navigation and construction screenshots still illustrate those unchanged controls and prerequisites. New habitat contacts are labeled artwork studies; normal canonical neighborhood proofs and connected production proofs are recorded separately. No beginner instruction or stock example changes.
The meadow habitat regression review also checks complete root-footprint exclusion and exact unaffected neighboring members. Cold sparsity is compared with the new reviewed temperate family; legacy cold group counts remain unchanged in the measured fixtures. Navigation, costs and tutorial success checks remain applicable.
Scoped tutorial review — continuous shores, 13 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected world navigation, plot selection, founding, clearing, construction and water-work lessons against the existing Global/Region/Hex controls, prerequisites, live quotes, costs, staffing, timing and success checks. This change smooths presentation of existing ocean/lake contacts and repairs partial-loading cache reuse. It changes no selected plot, order, stock, water accounting or construction permission. Existing navigation and construction screenshots still explain those controls; a shoreline picture is not a buildability check. The instructions remain applicable. New native shoreline comparisons are visual QA evidence, with local canonical views and production verification explicitly separated; broader landscape and live lifecycle acceptance remain planned.
Scoped tutorial review: integrated mountain views
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation and construction lessons for the ridge/peak hierarchy change. The same World → Region/Hex controls, linked views, selected canonical plots, founding prerequisites, staffing, costs, food and first-project timing still apply. A mountain peak may now be drawn within an existing larger ridge instead of as overlapping illustrations; this changes no player orders or success checks. The larger illustrated-world redesign remains in progress.
Scoped tutorial review — connected city illustrations,13 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected Global/Region/Hex navigation, plot selection, founding, clearing and construction lessons against current controls, prerequisites, staffing, food, live costs, timing and success checks. Connected canonical city illustrations change scenery only. They retain the same selected plot and source through neighboring views and reloads; a city picture grants no settlement, goods, permission or finished project. Existing lessons remain applicable. Broader world-art coverage and live lifecycle acceptance remain planned.
Scoped tutorial review — bakery states and small-building Hex framing,14 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected Region/Hex navigation, plot selection, clearing, construction, food, staffing, repair and rebuild lessons against current controls, prerequisites, live order quotes, timing and success checks. The bakery source family and phone framing change presentation only; no founding choice, first-project cost, grain-milling requirement, staffing or food/fuel rule changes. Existing lesson instructions remain applicable. Use the current structure panel to confirm a stage and its order quote; an illustration alone cannot confirm production. Wider regional artwork and connected live lifecycle acceptance remain planned.
Scoped follow-up review: checked the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected World navigation, clearing, construction, food and staffing lessons after recording production evidence and correcting bakery provenance/candidate wording. Controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks are unchanged; the original generation date and later approval date are metadata facts. Existing player instructions remain applicable.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — grain-mill lifecycle artwork, 14 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected Grain milling, crop selection, food processing, staffing, clearing, construction, repair/rebuild and Region/Hex navigation lessons against the current technique catalog, actual funded command quotes and16grain-to12flour receipt. Controls, prerequisites, costs, timing and success checks are unchanged; existing tutorial instructions and referenced guide screenshots still apply. New sail artwork changes presentation only and adds no wind or river requirement. Normal connected production lifecycle acceptance and wider world redesign remain planned. No fixed review-village stocks are added to beginner advice.
Scoped production screenshot review, 14 October 2026: the grain-mill gallery, existing Region/Hex controls and desktop/phone source framing were checked live after publication. Beginner, first-village and milling/staffing/food lessons and referenced guide screenshots remain accurate because no control, quote, prerequisite, production rule or navigation behavior changed. Production capture rejected asynchronous preview frames before accepting replacements; no fixed QA stock totals are instructional facts.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — canonical peak masses, 14 October 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started and affected Region/Hex navigation, plot selection, clearing, construction and resource inspection lessons against the current controls and authoritative state. This landscape composition changes no prerequisite, quote, staffing, timing or order. Existing instructions and referenced screenshots remain applicable. A larger peak group is scenery, not proof of a new deposit or an available construction site; continue checking the selected panel and current quote. Normal release and connected production visual acceptance remain pending.
Scoped production tutorial screenshot review, 14 October 2026: the current Region/Hex controls, peak selection, shared surrounding terrain and desktop/phone framing were checked live after publication. Getting started, Beginner guide, first-village and affected navigation/resource/construction lessons and their referenced guide screenshots remain applicable because controls, prerequisites, costs, timing and order behavior did not change. No fixed QA stock or new deposit is inferred from the landscape pictures.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review, 14 October 2026: reviewed desert Region/Hex navigation and distinct city/ruin scenery against current Getting started, Beginner guide, first-village and exploration lessons. Controls, founding choices, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks are unchanged, so the instructions and their referenced guide screenshots still apply. The dry ruin illustration adds no playable well or resource. Source-contact captures are explicitly labeled candidates and are not replacement player-guide screenshots.
Scoped normal-client tutorial screenshot review, 14 October 2026: checked desert Region/Hex selection, source framing, visible approaches and reload. Getting started, Beginner guide, first-village and related navigation/starting/resource lessons still match current controls and prerequisites; their screenshots remain applicable because costs, timing, staffing and gameplay behavior are unchanged.
Scoped live tutorial screenshot review, 14 October 2026: reviewed desert Region/Hex, ordinary/close map scales, full-visible approaches and reload after publication. Getting started, Beginner guide, first-village, exploration and affected navigation/resource lessons and referenced guide screenshots remain applicable: buttons, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and order behavior did not change.
Scoped tutorial and guide-screenshot review, 14 October 2026: visually compared all eleven actual rendering contexts and the connected city/lake/forest/upland neighborhood on desktop and390-CSS phone-sized viewports. Region controls, labels and framing stay unchanged. Getting started, Beginner guide, first-village, exploration and affected navigation/water/resource lessons and referenced screenshots still match controls, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks. Preparation scheduling adds no player action or water supply; no fixed QA stock is copied into beginner instructions.
Scoped normal-client tutorial review, 14 October 2026: inspected ordinary/close Region, neighboring approaches, peak Region/Hex and reload on desktop and390-CSS phone-sized views. Preparation adds no player action, deposit or resource supply; no fixed QA stock is used in beginner guidance.
Scoped tutorial and guide-screenshot review, 14 October 2026: the footprint change affects illustration placement, not buttons, selection coordinates, founding, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing or success checks. Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and exploration/navigation/water/construction lessons remain applicable; pictures do not grant a settlement or resource. The source/profile/Region/Hex/approach/reload views were inspected on desktop/390-CSS phone-sized browsers; affected instructions retain their existing controls. No new lesson action or fixed QA stock is added. Normal and connected production acceptance remain separate.
Scoped normal-client tutorial review, 14 October 2026: Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and exploration/navigation/water/construction instructions were checked against44normal native Region/Hex/approach/reload/world-boundary views. No fixed QA stocks are tutorial facts; connected production funded lifecycle remains separate.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — marsh foliage, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, clearing, land work, water recognition and survey lessons against current controls and authoritative state. Reeds remain decorative; they create no river, water service, stock or new action. Phone Hex now fits complete ready natural-feature sprites beside the existing controls. Button names, prerequisites, costs, timing and success checks are unchanged, so existing referenced guide screenshots and instructions still apply. Four clipped review frames were rejected before accepting replacements. Broader world and evolving-water acceptance remains planned.
Scoped live tutorial and screenshot review, 15 October 2026: reviewed both canonical reed variants in Region/Hex on desktop and 390 CSS phone, cross-region neighbors, reload, approved native previews and 19 library sorting choices. Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — desert palms, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, survey, clearing, planting and water-recognition lessons against current controls and state. Two native palm silhouettes change scenery only; they add no resource, usable water, oasis service or action. Existing button names, prerequisites, quotes, costs, timing, success checks and referenced guide screenshots remain accurate. Both complete native source canvases fit390CSS phone Hex beside existing controls. Broad connected landscape richness, physical-device acceptance and evolving waterways remain incomplete.
Scoped live tutorial and screenshot review, 15 October 2026: reviewed both canonical palm variants in Region/Hex on desktop and 390 CSS phone, cross-region neighbors, reload, approved native previews and 19 library sorting choices. Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — regional loading, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, reload, land work, surveys and water-recognition lessons against current controls and authoritative state. Reusing regional display images changes preparation only; Hex retains original images. No action, button, prerequisite, quote, cost, staffing, timing or success check changes, so the existing referenced guide screenshots and instructions remain applicable. Observed runoff may dry and resume with weather; it is not a grant of usable water. Engineered-work/contact and broad physical-device acceptance remain incomplete.
Scoped live tutorial and screenshot review,15October2026: after the loading fix, checked actual mixed-region broad/close/neighbor approaches, reload, forest cities and full native city/castle Hex on desktop/390CSS phone, including the emulated128MiB tier. No fixed QA stock totals or local water phases are general live-game guarantees.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — cottage water contact, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, land work, surveys and water lessons against the existing controls. Cottage/current-stream illustration contact changes no button, prerequisite, availability, quote, cost, staffing, timing or success check. Existing referenced lesson screenshots remain applicable. Current runoff still requires current observations and grants no usable supply or flood protection; a clear drawn foundation is not evidence of a constructed drain. Desktop and phone normal map drags, reload and actual local wet/dry/resumed updates were checked separately from production publication.
Scoped tutorial and screenshot review — cartwright lifecycle art, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, construction/repair/rebuild, woodland Joinery support, handcart manufacture and transport lessons against the current implementation and existing controls. Keep at least one actual supporting lumbermill worker so Joinery remains active before construction or rebuilding; the local review route retained that support. Artwork changes no button, prerequisite, cost, quote, staffing, timing or success check, so current referenced guide screenshots and instructions remain applicable. The illustrated cart is scenery, while completed handcarts must appear in warehouse stock after actual production. No fixed QA inventory total is general beginner advice. Native phone framing, reload, sequential stage updates and actual map pans were reviewed separately from final live publication.
A separate finite-resource engine replay also completed actual demolition and salvage, verified the cleared canonical plot and unchanged stock/occupation after save/reload, and paid for a new cartwright on the same cell. Supporting production and ordinary imports supplied the replacement; no goods were injected. This is engine evidence, not an additional inspected production lifecycle.
Cartwright local acceptance:204/204regional and approval regressions pass in both the isolated release and guarded merged workspace. Scoped tutorial review — low geological slopes, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation and quarry/survey/construction lessons against the current controls. Low decorative slopes grant no quarry or resource; actual plot eligibility, survey requirements, quotes and work controls remain authoritative. Canonical peaks remain distinct, while real occupation/work clears conflicting decoration. No button, cost, staffing, timing, starting choice or success check changes, so existing lesson instructions/screenshots remain applicable. Desktop/390CSSphone canonical Region/Hex, reload and adjacent-region contact were inspected separately from final normal/live verification. No fixed QA inventory totals are beginner advice.

All previous shared records are preserved except five verified cartwright metadata/live-gap status updates; two new slope records are added. Primary design prefix, original saved world and shared Git index are preserved. Connected production acceptance remains pending.
Scoped tutorial review — charcoal kiln and smithy, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, construction/repair, production staffing and outpost supply lessons against current controls. New artwork changes no button, prerequisite, quote, cost, worker capacity, timing or success check. Operating art is not proof of production: assign available workers and keep the selected recipe supplied. Outpost ore must arrive through actual collection/supply trips; never assume an empty market depot has ore available. Maintain food and respect total assigned labor while preparing timber. Actual finite local mine/collection/harvest/milling/charcoal/smithy/demolition/replacement checks passed without injecting stock. Damage/collapse in artwork QA are explicit fixtures, not player-triggered tutorial steps. No fixed QA inventory totals or day counts are beginner instructions. Existing lessons remain applicable.
Metal-family local acceptance:209/209regional/approval/cache/navigation/lifecycle regressions pass in both isolated and guarded merged workspaces. All96native local frames (16contact sheets,56actual paid stages,24normal-whitelist views) were individually inspected. Scoped tutorial review — tundra rural locations, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, founding and plot/build guidance against current controls. New static tundra illustrations change no button, eligibility, starting choice, cost, staffing, timing or success condition. A canonical village picture does not itself found a player village; an illustrated farm grants no free crops or worked field. Continue to inspect actual plot state, prerequisites and live quotes. Existing lesson instructions remain applicable. Desktop/390CSSphone source/Region/Hex/reload/camera checks are separate from connected live acceptance; no paid gameplay or fixed QA stock totals are added to these lessons.
Tundra rural local acceptance: 209/209 regional, approval, cache, navigation and lifecycle checks pass in both isolated and guarded merged workspaces. Twelve final source contacts and 56 final canonical frames were individually inspected. All old source pixels, catalog records/header, primary design prefix, saved world and root Git index are preserved. Connected production acceptance remains pending; all six full-goal gates stay open.
Scoped tutorial review — stone-site terrain contexts, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, survey/extraction and plot inspection against current controls. Terrain-matched static ruins, magic and exposed-rock illustrations change no button, availability, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing or success checks. Names and pictures alone do not found settlements or identify surveyed goods; follow actual plot state, survey results and live quotes. Existing lesson instructions remain applicable. This source-context review adds no paid gameplay, production command or fixed QA stock totals to the lessons.
Scoped tutorial review — cold stone illustrations, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation, founding and plot inspection against current controls. Distinct cold ruins/magic/keep illustrations change no button, prerequisite, availability, cost, staffing, timing or success check. Existing place art does not found a player settlement or supply a building for free. Continue to use actual plot state and live quotes. Lesson instructions remain applicable. The alternate castle contact study is private QA, not an additional playable location or a tutorial action.
Scoped tutorial review — city terrain variants, 15 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, navigation, founding and plot inspection against current controls. City illustrations and dry-foot envelopes change no button, prerequisite, availability, quote, staffing, timing or success condition. A canonical city picture creates no free player buildings or stock. Current lesson instructions remain applicable; inspect actual plot state and live quotes.
Scoped tutorial review — natural identities and region borders, 16 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, navigation, plot inspection, clearing and regrowth advice against current controls. Current-species illustrations and complete neighboring terrain faces change no buttons, prerequisites, availability, live quotes, staffing, timing or success checks. Mature foliage must follow actual plot vegetation; a location name or illustration grants no free stock or buildings. Existing lessons remain applicable.
Scoped tutorial review — kiln and smokehouse presentation, 16 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, staffing, coastal fishing, preservation, production and construction advice against current controls and recipes. Distinct kiln/smokehouse lifecycle artwork changes no buttons, prerequisites, live quotes, availability, staffing, timings or success checks. Actual inputs and staffing still govern production; a rendered working building does not create free resources. Current lessons remain applicable. Disposable QA stock totals and accelerated deadlines are not beginner instructions.
Scoped tutorial review — coastal lifecycle identities, 16 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, coastal fishing, shore access, production, staffing, construction and repair advice against current controls and definition requirements. Fishery/landing/market artwork changes no buttons, prerequisites, availability, live quotes, staffing, timing or success checks. Fisheries still require surveyed fish stock and legal coastal ocean; landings still require shore access and legal land. Illustrations grant no catch, goods or automatic market income. Current lessons remain applicable; planned trade remains explicitly planned. Disposable founding totals and accelerated QA deadlines are not general beginner instructions.
Scoped tutorial review — community-building identities, 16 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and research, woodland, nursery, construction, repair, care and shelter advice against current definitions and controls. This artwork update changes no buttons, prerequisites, staffing, cost, timing, availability or success checks. Literacy/Care institutions/Sacred and civic architecture/Crop rotation remain actual research requirements. Nursery compost consumes physical organic inputs and needs a mature healthy seed plot and suitable moisture. Pictures grant no care, shelter, school service or saplings. Existing lessons still apply; accelerated construction fixtures and disposable checkpoint stocks are not beginner instructions.
Scoped tutorial review — mountain composition, 16 October 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, and map navigation/exploration instructions against the current controls. The change only spaces dominant mountain illustrations in shared world coordinates; secondary peaks keep their geographic representation. Founding, starting choices, navigation buttons, construction prerequisites/costs/staffing/timing, food, early production, first projects and tutorial success checks remain the same. Continue to inspect actual selected-plot rules rather than treating a larger mountain picture as a new resource or permission.
Scoped tutorial review — workyard lifecycle art, 16 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, construction/repair, worker allocation, research, crop and livestock lessons against current controls. This art update changes no buttons, costs, staffing, timing or availability. Mason rough stone/tools, textile flax, pasture adopted Animal husbandry and available construction workers remain actual requirements. Pictures grant no livestock or waste output. Existing lessons still apply. Disposable local stocks and accelerated construction fixtures are not beginner instructions.
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected construction/repair, staffing, research, crop and cultural/military lessons against current controls. This illustration update changes no buttons, costs, staffing, timing, techniques, recipe selection or availability. Required institutions need their techniques adopted before placement; clear the full footprint below the existing tree-cover threshold. Academy, scriptorium, barracks and theater images grant no learning, books, troops or performances. Existing lessons still apply. Disposable finite local QA stocks, rejected optional replacement attempts and accelerated construction fixtures are not general player instructions.
Scoped tutorial review — final building artwork,16October2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected founding, construction/repair, staffing, research, wells, outposts and transport lessons against current controls and implementation. This artwork update changes no buttons, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing, reserves, production recipes or availability. Camp foundation/frame evidence comes from actual rebuilding, not a new free camp order. New chartered stables remain restricted; cartwright/handcart guidance still applies. Well survey/moisture/Irrigation and hall research/material requirements remain mandatory. Local finite QA preparation targets, accelerated construction, explicit damage/collapse and legacy starting stocks are not player instructions. Existing lessons still apply.
Scoped tutorial review — continuous regions and measured channel intervals,16October2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected map navigation, construction/repair, woodland, land-use and waterworks lessons against the current controls. Region/Hex, Link to this view, building prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing and success checks remain unchanged. Existing beginner founding and first-project instructions still apply. Regional ground now continues through location artwork and neighboring borders, while present vegetation follows current species. For outlet commissioning, read the measured route record: a narrow latest-interval wet channel is evidence of that bounded transfer, and a later dry appearance does not erase its history. It is not proof of sustained supply or a permanent river. No new playable feature or commissioning permission is introduced. Controlled integration fixture totals are excluded from player instructions.
Scoped tutorial review — late location-art loading,16October2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and map navigation/woodland/commissioning lessons. Existing Region/Hex controls, Link to this view, prerequisites, costs, staff, timing and success checks still apply; this correction adds no gameplay action. When artwork finishes loading, surrounding decorative canopy must update without cutting trees or consuming materials. Existing bounded-transfer guidance remains unchanged. Incomplete deliberate loading screenshots and controlled integration totals are excluded from player instructions.
Completion tutorial review — 16 October 2026
Rechecked Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and affected map navigation, founding, first projects, woodland, staffing, construction/repair/rebuild and waterworks lessons against current implementation and controls. Region/Hex, Link to this view, prerequisites, resource costs, staffing, timings and success checks remain unchanged; the existing walkthroughs still apply. Current appearance follows the actual land, species, occupancy and construction state, and surrounding canopy updates when location art arrives. A measured commissioning route is bounded evidence of that transfer, not a promise of sustained supply. No fixed QA inventories, controlled integration stock totals or planned systems have been promoted into playable beginner advice.
Scoped tutorial and image review — regional artwork, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, shoreline and woodland instructions against the current controls. This presentation-only candidate changes no button, prerequisite, quote, cost, staffing, timing or success check. Existing instructional captures remain valid for those actions; no gameplay screenshot replacement is needed for the material renderer. Beaches are visual context and must not be taught as a new terrain resource or build permission. The artistic goal is reopened pending production comparisons of neighboring regions, natural coasts and landmark surroundings.
Landmark-contact review: existing navigation and land-work tutorial captures remain accurate because these optional low details add no control or game rule. No route, stock or completion state should be inferred from decorative brush or stones.
Scoped tutorial/image review — native coast and wetland floor, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, clearing and worksite lessons against the current controls. The new shore details and quiet soil change presentation only: founding choices, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing, buttons and success checks are unchanged. Existing instructional captures remain accurate for those behaviors. Beach grass is scenery, not a new stock or harvest action. Current actual work, occupation and vegetation disturbance retain precedence. Native candidate/normal/live map captures are art-review evidence, not substitutes for instructional action screenshots.
Scoped tutorial/image review — quiet dry ground and mountain framing, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation and clearing/worksite lessons against current controls and implementation. Source-only soil changes and selected mountain phone framing change no buttons, starting choices, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing or success checks. Existing navigation/founding action captures remain accurate for those behaviors. A ready selected mountain subject is now framed beside phone controls; this does not add a new action or change selection. Material/Hex art-review captures are not substitutions for instructional action screenshots. No fixed QA stocks are introduced into beginner guidance.
Scoped tutorial/image review — actual-depth beaches and quiet desert ground, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, coastal worksite placement and clearing lessons against current implementation. This presentation change alters no controls, starting choices, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing or success checks. Saved land/water identity remains authoritative even where a smoother decorative contour crosses a cell edge. Sand, dune grass and bank rocks add no harvesting stock or build action. Real work, occupation and current hazards retain precedence. Existing instructional action captures remain accurate for those behaviors; native art-review screenshots are separate visual evidence. No fixed QA stock totals are introduced.
Scoped tutorial/image review — quiet cold and woodland earth, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Getting started, Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation, coastal placement, clearing and worksite lessons against current implementation. These source-only ground changes alter no controls, starting choices, prerequisites, costs, staffing, timing or success checks. Real ice, relief, trees and canonical places remain separate visible details; cosmetic ground adds no stocks or build permission. Existing instructional action captures remain accurate for those behaviors, while new native Region/Hex art captures supply visual evidence. No fixed QA stock totals are added.
Scoped tutorial review: close coast detail —17October2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, world navigation and coastal/water lessons against the current Region/Hex controls and saved land/water rules. Close-up coast rendering changes no starting choices, founding prerequisites, buttons, staffing, food, construction costs, resource availability or first-project timing, so those steps and success checks still apply. Region and Hex show the same saved coast; the finer Hex edge is visual detail and grants no extra buildable land or water supply.
Scoped final tutorial review: continuous regions and coasts — 17 October 2026
Rechecked Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, map navigation, construction, forestry and coastal/water tutorials against current player controls and implementation. Region/Hex navigation and finer coast detail introduce no new button, cost, prerequisite or timing. Founding, staffing, food, early production and first-project success checks still apply. Shared scenery follows actual saved land use; a smoother shore does not grant new playable terrain or water supply. Construction and water lessons continue to distinguish reserved, completed, dry and currently measured states. No fixed QA stock totals or planned systems have been presented as normal starting instructions.
Scoped tutorial review: incidental scenery distribution — 17 October 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Getting started, map navigation, forestry, construction and water lessons. The distribution fix changes incidental decoration only. Known natural feature identities, playable locations, founding prerequisites, staffing, food, costs, timing, buttons and first-project checks are unchanged; current lesson instructions still apply. Working or occupied land remains clear of decoration, and a drawn plant or rock grants no new resource or water supply.
Scoped tutorial review: regional low outcrops — 17 October 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation and land-use lessons against the low-outcrop update. This changes decorative rock sources and world-coordinate distribution only. Founding choices, button names, prerequisites, staffing, costs, food, project timing, ownership, resources and success checks remain unchanged, so the existing instructions still apply. Decorative shoulders do not indicate an additional mineable deposit. The broader regional art-direction goal remains in progress.
Scoped tutorial review: woodland glades — 17 October 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, forest clearing/regrowth and Region/Hex lessons against composition10. Only decorative woodland distribution and native crown grouping change. A visual glade does not change timber stock or authorize planting/clearing; inspect actual location state. Founding, button names, prerequisites, costs, food, staffing, project timing and success checks remain unchanged, so the current walkthrough instructions still apply.
Scoped tutorial review: natural beach presentation — 17 October 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, Region/Hex navigation and coastal land-use lessons against the native beach update. Only shore presentation and source readiness change. Founding, starting choices, buttons, prerequisites, staffing, costs, food, early production, project timing and success checks remain unchanged. Native sand does not create a resource, road, project or new playable terrain, so existing action instructions still apply. Continue to inspect actual terrain and work state when choosing sites.
The matching asset-library card and its beach-only description were also reviewed; this does not change player tutorial controls or action prerequisites.
Tutorial review — natural map presentation, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map navigation and affected site-inspection lessons against the current settings and renderer. The authored notes above explain the fresh grid default and its existing toggle. Global / Region / Hex, selected-site cues, founding prerequisites, separate order confirmations, staffing, food, costs, timing and first-project success checks retain their current behavior; terrain lighting and decorative groups introduce no new gameplay prerequisite.
Tutorial review — Hex source readiness, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and site-inspection lessons against Global / Region / Hex and •••. A local view may show Reviewed illustration loading until its relevant artwork arrives, or Some reviewed artwork unavailable if a request fails. Inspect the finished artwork after loading; this adds no founding, food, staffing, production, spending or first-project requirement. The existing navigation and separate order reviews still apply.
Tutorial review — castle and material presentation, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and map/site-inspection lessons against current Global / Region / Hex, selected-site cues and separate order confirmations. Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and map/site-inspection lessons against the current Global / Region / Hex controls and separate order reviews. Smaller mountain artwork changes no navigation step, founding prerequisite, staffing, food, early production, first-project cost, timing or success check. Site information and action reviews remain the basis for decisions; no extra beginner action is needed.
Tutorial review — connected close-view surroundings, 17 October 2026
Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and terrain/site inspection against Global / Region / Hex controls. Neighboring scenery and smaller wetland reeds add context without changing founding prerequisites, starting choices, staffing, food, early production, first-project costs, timing or success checks. Existing site information and action-review instructions remain applicable.

Reviewed Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village and map inspection controls. Scoped review: connected coast composition — 18 October 2026
Reviewed the Beginner guide, Start guide: your first village, map-navigation lessons and coastal project advice against current controls. This increment changes visible coast contours and removes paired shoreline rock copies; Region/Hex controls, founding requirements, water access, project prerequisites, staffing, costs, timing and success checks are unchanged. Existing instructions still apply. Terrain appearance does not grant a new gameplay action; unimplemented systems remain planned.
Coast publication cache correction — 18 October 2026
The first pre-deployment readiness probe cached the prior shoreline module at the proposed new asset URL. Production now uses a fresh coastline cache version; no renderer logic, approved source, geography, saved world or gameplay instruction changes. The accepted132normal native panels and274scoped checks remain applicable to the identical renderer bytes. Fresh standard connected production loads must verify the new module before live artistic acceptance. Beginner and village-start controls, prerequisites, costs, timing and success checks were reviewed and remain unchanged.
