Native rendering qualification and nonrepeating tundra artwork

One new full-size Ice Bastion tundra study replaces the repeated geological background while retaining84240exact original subject/contact pixels. Original and final paintings are both preserved. Native artwork review prefers this study;its finite domain and normal Region/Hex role, state, contact, lifecycle and cost checks remain pending.

Three further renderer experiments add24normal views and18exact regular lifecycle maps. The bitmap and direct-original routes remain unselected for the recorded failures. Native-copy/CPU passes independent references,12policy restorations and4complete visible-map/boulder LRU comparisons. It changes the earlier default-context sampling and remains private.

The completed24-case readback-free cost comparison has12balanced pairs across128/192/256MiB emulated source-cache tiers and desktop/phone layouts. It measures only foreground context choice on the published game plus native owner;it excludes preferred fine-ground and alpha9281. See review.json for pair-level CPU,memory and timing results and explicit confounders. No total renderer or physical-device performance approval follows.

No original artist file, source approval, source contract, public renderer, gameplay rule, production save or geography was changed. Every prior readiness gate remains recorded.
